MISION

CNELL aims at recognition of adult and non-formal education and lifelong learning as means of development of the individual and the society. This is achieved through organising adequate programmes which contribute to:
• active participation of citizens in an intercultural and non-violent society;
• human rights execution;
• building up quality citizens’ and youth leadership;
• self-actualization of individuals (adults and youth) and the society;
• citizens’ entrepreneurship and employability.
